A five and a half mile Circular walk from Criccieth Castle, passing Lloyd Georges Museum and Grave

Walk 1 from David Perrot's 'Walking around Porthmadoc'.
Another fine September day, T shirts the order of the day, we parked in Criccieth town centre and made our way to the Castle. We decided to do this five and a half mile walk in reverse as we had done it twice before. We passed the castle and at the village green we took a road to the right proceeding up hill for about a mile, we recognised the turn as we sat here the last time for lunch. We turned left and followed the lane having to dodge numerous cars. we passed a few nice properties before reaching Lloyd Georges Museum and grave. We carried on down to the bridge and crossed the road following the Coastal path now. Before we reached the sea we stopped for lunch and used some driftwood as a seat. Refreshed we reached the sea in no time, now we joined the coastal path, we made a diversion to look at the new house (which featured on Grand Designs last night and was nearing the edge of the cliffs) from the beach and then returned to the path shortly passing the new house with its high walls, we shortly  reached civilization and the end of our walk.
